Awards
Sharing Transformation Excellence Award, 2010, Alcatel-Lucent. Designed and created storyboards for multimedia learning presentation on new telecommunications technology, 4G LTE.  Team had one month to deliver training to customer before network went live.
Bell Labs Teamwork award, 2009, Alcatel-Lucent.  Designed and developed WBT and vILT courses for a critical new product enabling packet processing. Met stakeholder and sponsor deadlines.  Collaborated with SMEs as part of a larger team. Worked with various technical groups to gather data, screen shots, scenario details, and more to build curriculum for customers.
Lucent Technologies IP&T Award of Excellence, 2006, Lucent Technologies. Nominated by colleague for innovative solution that brought training to customers at a time when training lab equipment was not available.  Designed/developed blended learning solution for a high-profile new hardware product.  eLearning for hardware portion, and hands-on lab exercises for those who had purchased their own equipment and could perform the training using their own lab.  This enabled customers to train on their networks in a shorter amount of time.
Marketing Excellence Award, 2024, Extreme Networks. Over a very short timeline collaborated with a team to plan a 3-day sales training conference for sellers and partners. Provided instructional design expertise during the planning, design, and creation of training materials.
